One of the all of corrupted in Asia Pacific region several nevertheless not the worse. Worldwide, the corruption level in Philippines is still not as high as those in African countries. Actually, the poorer the country, it is more corrupted.

no…afghanistan is the most corrupt country in asia if you are including south asia in your definition of asia..the country is in constant war and the government is not surprisingly inefficient..i mean it is run by heroine dealers, the taliban, and terrorists called al queida and the taliban.
